Q: How do I setup to auto reply an email?

A: You need to open the email in your Outlook. At the right panel, enter your comments you may want to reply with, and click on Create Reminder. Then select the time when you want it to auto reply and also check the "Auto reply email with above comments". At your specified time, Outlook PA - Email Manager will automatically reply to that email.

Q: Do I need to keep Outlook running to get reminders?

A: Yes, you must keep your Outlook running to receive reminders or auto reply emails.

Q: How do I receive reminder on my mobile phone?

A: Receiving reminder on your mobile phone depends if your mobile network supports Email to SMS option. If it does, you need to enter that email address (which is in the format mobile_number@carrier_domain (like xxxxxxxxx@vtext.com)

Q: I can't see reminder entry panel anymore (on the right of email message window). Why?

A: You probabily have hidden the window by clicking on the splitter dots. Please open any email message and move your cursor on the right edge of the email message window, you may see a slightly changing color, click on that and the panel will be visible again.

Q: Can I search for emails I may have entered comments/reminders on?

A: Yes, Outlook PA - Email Manager includes powerful search capabilities. On the Outlook main window, find the button titled "Search Reminders" to see the options for searching reminders.
